We have sad news Kat went to rainbow bridge on
Friday the 26th Jan 07
a very big hole is left in our hearts, sleep well baby and run free till I come for you. Let the angels take care of you until the day I can again.
We would like to thank everyone who has sent us their sympathies at such a hard time and also would like to thank each and everyone of the judges & breeders who have thought so highly of Kat since she made her appearance in the ring.
Our lives will never be the same without Kat and her antics.

We will be campaigning Kaura as soon as she is ready to hit the show scene and we hope to have great success with her. with the help and support of Yvonne & Ian we hope to embark on a whole new world and breed and will enjoy being owned by Kaura for many years to come

We are a small family run kennels based near Hull in the UK, We breed the best bull terriers that we can from our girls, taking the time and effort to get the best match for the bitch we are mating.
We are Tanya & Paul Schofield.. we are owned and loved by wonderful breed ....bull terriers
All our girls have their own personalities and yes they do have their differences now and again but its great fun having lots of mental bullies round the place!! although it can be hard work but well worth it!!
I myself have owned Bull Terriers since 2000 but Kat was my first Bully girl owned solely by myself and when I met and married Paul he was roped into my love of the breed and loves them all as much as I do now! He now has set up in business selling training aids and collars and leads we import from the U.S.A we also sell a range of breed dvd's aimed at gettin new and potential owners to learn a bit about their breed of dog .. We were granted our affix BULLYFIELD in 2002 and hope the name Bullyfield is synonymous with quality not quantity.
We have 4 children Matty , Kasey Jade,Jordan (JJ) & lastly Kayden. And yes they all love our dogs too and love to play in the garden and the house with them.
Matty would love to be able to show one of our pups as he gets older and more confident to be able to go in the ring! Kasey is a natural and walks our Kat on her own holding the lead and keeping her at heal. Yes she is 3 and holds on to a 30KG bull terrier!!!!!! she is our little star! and she also does junior handling already at club shows although I still stand close by at shows as Kat does get excitable at shows!!. JJ just loves to play and chase the dogs and all our girls are very well behaved when he is around they seem to just know they have to watch their step and be careful not to bowl him over! The children are taught from a young age that the dogs are to be respected and are not just a toy to dress up and such, which Kat does enjoy lol
Our dogs are all kept in tip top condition with regular walks, Daily for at least two miles plus off lead exercise on a nearby field. and of course tearing up the grass in the back garden when they all play together.
Training times are kept fun so the dogs really don't know they are training its all a big game to them! and fun family outings (not all at the same time lol) usually to a local wood or beck to go for a swim! they take it in turns for fun days out, we also give them vitamin supplements just to help make sure they have everything they need.& feed a diet of raw meat and veg with fruit as training treats,and raw bones. and meat
We have indoor kennels with outdoor runs attached. and all the dogs (except puppies) spend time both in the kennels and inside the house with the family.we rotate the dogs so that at any one time we have dogs spending one toone time within the family.
We go too as many club and Championship shows as possible... and we have lots of success with Kat being highly placed at most shows with a few best opposite sex (BOS) placings..and best in shows (BIS).
We hope that one day we can be as well respected as breeders as some of the big names! I would like to thank all those breeders who have found it in their hearts to help us on our way with our dogs by giving us some good advice and taking the time to share their knowledge with us.
Above all else we breed only to better the breed and to give others the joy of being owned by their very own BULL TERRIER! And although we would love every pup bred by us is show quality its nature that decides how a pup turns out all we can do as breeders is put the best available dog to the best bitch..to compliment both looks and pedigrees.. we will sell a promising pup to a show home but as any breeder will tell you there are no guarantees.. above all else they are sold as companions. THEY ARE SPECIAL DOGS FOR SPECIAL PEOPLE! and i do not let anyone take one of my dogs just because they have the money the right home for the right dog :0).
