Our time together was not that long

In my heart you placed a song

You hogged the couch

Together we slouched.

We walked

We talked

We shared ups and downs

You never wore a frown

You won lots of shows

How special you are no one knows!

Its so unfair

You no longer sleep at the foot of the stairs.

No other will ever replace

Your spot n the sofa will always be YOUR place.

I long for your warm hold

To keep me warm when its cold

Run free now baby

And visit me maybe?

You came to my life

And caused lots of strife

We had lots of laughs

Especially when you took a bath!

Just remember you will always be

The only one for me.

I love you baby always will

My empty heart only you could fill.

Your warm snuffly face

Your warm embrace

Your waggy bum

Im always your mum.

KAT WAS FULLY TESTED CLEAR FOR ALL THE MAJOR HEALTH PROBLEMS IN BULLIES. HEART, BEAR, UPC, & LP

Kat begun her show career at the age of 7 months and after a slow start soon started to win and become well placed at both open and champ level and gained a few best bitch wins, one of which was against her full brother (from 2nd mating) CH Bilston Black Jack Of Emred where they went head to head but he ultimately won after the judges could not agree and at that time they didn't know they were full brother and sister!

She was a typical bullie who just loves being a big couch hogger! she loved to play with the kids and really enjoyed her walks but was a lazy girl and didnt much like very long walks! but she still will walk but under protest lol. unless were talking a ball and the field then she's raring to go or a big open span of water!

she was a big softie and anyone who says these dogs are vicious then they just don't know the breed! because if they are brought up correctly with firm but fair handling they are the best!

As an example of how great they are here is a little tale about Kat and my little girl Kasey

we got Kat when Kasey was just 2 weeks old! yes I took on a bullie baby ay the same time as I had a baby myself! They shared an exceptional bond that was there until the very end. It wasn't easy having a young pup and a baby but we managed and i have to say Kat was my best behaved most well trained of any of my dogs lol.She has to be the only bull terrier i know who sat still to have her photo done (off lead) at a champ show while countless dogs passed by her within feet of her yet she never moved a muscle until i said she could get down !

When Kasey was around 8 months old she was teething quite badly and was having a hissy fit and screaming. Kat was wondering what was wrong and would not leave my side as I tried to comfort Kasey Kat nuzzled her. Kasey screamed for ages so I put her on the floor while I went to make a bottle. I came back into the room to see that Kat was circling around Kasey looking at her and nuzzling her ( almost if she was asking "what's up"). Kat continued to circle Kasey then promptly lay down next to her and placed a paw on Kasey's tum!

with that Kasey instantly stopped crying and looked at Kat and was playing with her muzzle all the while Kat simply stayed put! well as you can imagine I was very surprised at the bond they really shared! But it didn't end there!

Once Kasey seemed to settle Kat got up to go...SCREAM from Kasey back to crying lol so yes you guessed it Kat came back to lay with Kasey and again she was silent even cooing at Kat! they both eventually went to sleep with Kats paw back on Kasey's tum along with her carefully placed head and Kasey's hand on Kat they slept soundly for an hour like that! I did get it on camcorder but not a pic!

So it just goes to show what an affinity bull terriers can have with children! Kasey has shown Kat in young handlers at some of my club shows! and has even had her pic with Kat in one of the bulletins

Unfortunately we never had the opportunity to have puppies from Kat. which is such a sad thing for us especially now but we never loved Kat any the less she was always our beloved fur baby.

she will be sadly missed by us all.
