Notes:
"Username" is your database account reference such as 'Paragon', 'my_stud', 'Mydogs' etc.

"Password" is at your choice. For example it could be az23yu4 or JackieO etc.

"Email Address" Please make sure you use a genuine e-mail address or your account will not work.
